Kay, I’m heading off to see my boyfriend in a couple of weeks and frankly the expectation is playing merry hell with any sense of productivity I’ve got for personal projects. SO. I’m going to be taking a bit of a tumblr hiatus until after the first weekend of June.

I may pop on to reblog stuff from projects I’m in, but mostly it’ll be dark around here. So, I’ll be back at the beginning of June! See ya’ll then!

Lesbian, gay, bi, and questioning youth in Alabama are being fed this false information that hurts their mental and physical health, and makes it more likely they’ll be bullied or worse.

Alabama lawmakers now have in front of them a new bill to strike this anti-gay section from the law, but there’s only a few weeks before this session is over. If they don’t feel the pressure from the public and the media, this bill will languish in committee and we won’t have another chance before 2014.

Tell the tell Alabama lawmakers to pass the “Hate Doesn’t Belong in the Classroom” bill (HB 496) before the next class of students graduates. Sign and share now!

For me and my boyfriend, I top, but he’s on record saying that he wouldn’t mind topping. He prefers to be on bottom though. In general though, I’m open for either, depending on the person. I will say though that bottoming is a whole hell of a lot easier than topping, obviously.

WELL. Sit down boys and girls and uncle Ryan is going to tell you ALL about why you shouldn’t say yes when your crush says “Can we just go as friends?”

So, there was this guy I dated back in college and he sort of dumped me via changing his facebook status and for SOME reason I didn’t automatically think “asshole”. So I was still crushing on him for quite some time and I got invited to a pretty exclusive party on campus. So I invited him, and he said “Can we go as friends?” Me being the masochist I am, I said yes.

SO. Said guy then spends most of the evening kind of ignoring me and basically being “HEY I KNOW YOU ARE THE ONE WHO INVITED ME BUT I’M GOING TO IGNORE YOU AND GO HANG OUT WITH THESE CHUMS”. I eventually got quite drunk, and after he left I basically sat down, on a porch swing, on the front porch of a two story house, in a yard with magnolia trees and cried my fucking eyes out.

It was not pretty. I like to refer to it as my Blanche Dubois moment.
